लखनऊ। राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में जल्द ही शिक्षकों की कमी दूर की जाएगी। राजकीय स्कूलों के रिक्त पदों पर सहायक अध्यापक एवं अध्यापिका प्रशिक्षित स्नातक (एलटी ग्रेड) के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए विज्ञापन 29 सितंबर को जारी किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी डाक से आवेदन भेज सकेंगे। अंतिम तिथि 30 अक्तूबर निर्धारित की गई है। विज्ञापन जारी होने के बाद लिखित परीक्ष्‍ाा की तिथि की जानकारी होगी।

लखनऊ मंडल में 741 पदों पर शिक्षकों की भर्ती होनी है। इसमें 461 महिला व 280 पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए हैं। अभ्यर्थियों को मंडलीय संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक, 58 जगत नारायण रोड षष्ठ मंडल लखनऊ के पास आवेदन पत्र डाक से भेजने होंगे।

आवेदन के लिए सामान्य एवं पिछड़ी जाति के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 100 रुपये तथा अनुसूचित जाति। जनजाति के लिए 40 रुपये का भारतीय पोस्टल ऑर्डर या बैंक ड्राफ्ट लगाना होगा। सभी विषय के लिए अभ्यर्थी को अलग-अलग आवेदन पत्र भरना अनिवार्य है।


आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की उम्र 21 वर्ष से 40 वर्ष तक मान्य होगी। आरक्षण वाले अभ्यर्थियों को नियमानुसार छूट भी दी जाएगी।

जागरण संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सीबीएसई) अपने ही प्रश्नों में फंसता नजर आ रहा है। बोर्ड ने 21 सितम्बर को आयोजित किए केन्द्रीय अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (सीटीईटी) की उत्तर कुंजी में खुद ही अपने आप को गलत ठहराते हुए एक ही प्रश्न के अलग-अलग सेट में अलग-अलग उत्तर दिखाया है। बोर्ड ने कुल 30 प्रश्नों में से 15 प्रश्नों के दो-दो उत्तर जारी कर दिए हैं।1रविवार 21 सितम्बर को देशभर के कई केन्द्रों में आयोजित हुई इस परीक्षा में 6.98 लाख परीक्षार्थी पंजीकृत थे। बोर्ड ने प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर गुरुवार को जारी किये। उत्तर कुंजी जारी होते ही छात्रों ने प्रश्नों के उत्तर से मिलान किया तो सीबीएसई की बड़ी गलतियों का खुलासा हो गया। बोर्ड ने एक ही प्रश्न को अलग-अलग सेट में अलग प्रश्न संख्या के रूप में दिया था और जब उत्तर कुंजी जारी हुई तो उन्हीं प्रश्नों के दो- दो उत्तर जारी कर दिए। इसके अलावा कई प्रश्नों के उत्तर भी गलत जारी कर दिया। बोर्ड ने प्रश्नपत्र के क्यू सेट में भाषा के द्वितीय प्रश्नपत्र के प्रश्न संख्या 123 में कस्य ध्वनि: श्रूयते पूछते हुए इसका उत्तर दूसरे विकल्प वंश्या को बताया है जबकि इसी प्रश्न को टी सेट में प्रश्न संख्या 138 में पूछते हुए इसका उत्तर भेर्या: बताया है। इसी तरह से क्यू सेट के प्रश्न संख्या 124, 125, 126, 127, 132, 133, 135, 140, 142, 143, 144, 145, 147, 148 व 149 पर भी छात्रों ने आपत्ति जाहिर की। छात्रों ने बोर्ड के रवैये पर भी आक्रोश जाहिर किया है। सीटीईटी के एक ही प्रश्नपत्र के आधे प्रश्नों पर उठ रही आपत्ति बोर्ड के कई और गलतियों का संकेत दे रही हैं। हालांकि समय कम होने के कारण छात्र भी असमंजस में पड़े हुए हैं कि वो कैसे सभी प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर जांच कर सामने ला सकें। 25 सितम्बर को अपरान्ह जारी हुए प्रश्नपत्रों की उत्तरकुंजी के आधार पर बोर्ड ने 26 सितम्बर तक ही आपत्ति दर्ज कराने का समय दिया है।

लखनऊ : राज्य सरकार ने सरकारी और अर्द्ध सरकारी विभागों में होने वाली भर्तियों के लिए निकाले जाने वाले विज्ञापन में सामान्य श्रेणी के स्थान पर अनारक्षित वर्ग लिखने का फैसला किया है। विभागाध्यक्षों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि भर्ती के लिए अब जो भी विज्ञापन निकाला जाएगा उसमें अनारक्षित शब्द का ही इस्तेमाल किया जाए।
प्रदेश के सरकारी और अर्द्ध सरकारी विभागों में भर्तियों के लिए समय-समय पर विभागाध्यक्षों द्वारा विज्ञापन प्रकाशित कराया जाता है। आरक्षित वर्ग के लिए वर्गवार पद होते हैं तथा आरक्षित न होने वाले पदों के लिए सामान्य वर्ग या सामान्य श्रेणी जैसे शब्दों का इस्तेमाल विज्ञापनों में किया जाता रहा है। प्रमुख सचिव कार्मिक राजीव कुमार ने इस संबंध में प्रमुख सचिवों, सचिवों को निर्देश दिया है कि सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से भरे जाने वाले पदों के लिए भविष्य में जारी विज्ञापनों में सामान्य श्रेणी के स्थान पर अनारक्षित शब्द का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। सीधी भर्ती में आरक्षण लागू किये जाने के रोस्टर के संबंध में 25 जून 2002 को जारी अधिसूचना में उल्लेख किया गया है। इसलिए आरक्षण की व्यवस्था इसके आधार पर ही की जाएगी

 New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Saturday dismissed a petition by a civil services aspirant seeking stay on the UPSC preliminary examination scheduled for tomorrow.

While refusing to postpone the exam, the Supreme Court noted that nine lakh students were ready to appear in the exam tomorrow and that's why it cannot be postponed at this juncture.

You raised only questions on comprehension part that has already been removed and the defect has been remedied, the court told the petitioner.

UPSC Civil Service Prelims Exam Today

 On Friday, the Delhi High Court had also dismissed a similar PIL challenging UPSC's recent decision asking civil services aspirants not to answer questions in the English Comprehensive section of the Preliminary Examination.

The HC had directed the petitioner to instead approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) as it is a service matter.

"Thousands of students will be adversely affected if the questions of the English Comprehensive section, that carries 22.5, out of 200 marks, will not be checked," Vikas Nigwan, appearing for civil services aspirant Dinesh Bhatia, had said.

Recently, the Centre had, following protests by a section of students over English Comprehension test in the Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services examination, decided to remove the questions of English languages in the CSAT.

Later, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) came out with the decision asking candidates to leave the questions unanswered during the CSAT examination as the section will not have any bearing on the merit list due to non-evaluation.

UPSC had, in its notification, said "the Paper-II would contain a section on English Language Comprehension Skills (Class X Level). Candidates must note that they do not have to answer the questions on this English Language Comprehension Skills (Class X Level) section. These questions will not be evaluated."

The maximum marks for Paper II would be '200 minus the marks earmarked for the English language comprehension skills (Class X level), the UPSC had said.

शिक्षा निदेशालय में राज्य परियोजना निदेशक नेहा बंसल ने बताया कि भर्ती के लिए आवेदन पहले ही आ चुके हैं। मेरिट जारी हो चुकी है। इसके बाद भी काफी संख्या में पद खाली रह गए थे। इन पदों के लिए मेरिट और प्रतीक्षा सूची में जगह बनाने वाले आवेदकों को मौका दिया जा रहा है। ऐसे आवेदकों को विभिन्न जिले के निदेशालय के दफ्तरों से संपर्क करना होगा। किस जिले के स्कूल में किस विषय के लिए कितने पद खाली हैं, इस बाबत जानकारी www.edudel.nic.in पर जाकर लेनी होगी। उसके आधार पर वे दस्तावेजों को प्रमाणित कराएंगे। बहरहाल, बता दें कि तमाम जिलों के दफ्तरों में मेरिट वालों की सूची लगाई जाएगी।

किस आवेदक को किस दिन और कितने बजे दस्तेवाजों की जांच के लिए दोबारा से आना है, इस बाबत कार्यक्रम नोटिस बोर्ड पर लगाया जाएगा।
निदेशालय ने साफ किया है कि जो आवेदक मेरिट में आते हैं और इन तीनों दिनों के भीतर संपर्क नहीं करेंगे वे बाद में नौकरी के लिए दावेदारी नहीं कर सकेंगे। उनके लिए ये अंतिम मौका होगा। उनकी जगह प्रतीक्षा सूची में अगले नंबर वाले को पद दे दिया जाएगा।

आवेदन में गलती हुई तो खारिज होगी दावेदारी: दस्तावेजों की जांच करते समय ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दी गई जानकारी को फिर से जांचा जाएगा। यदि शैक्षणिक जानकारी से लेकर नाम व रोल नंबर आदि में गलती पाई जाती है तो आवेदन तुरंत खारिज कर दिया जाएगा। यही नहीं, सीटीईटी व सीबीएसई से जुड़ी जानकारी भी विस्तार से देखी जाएगी। गौरतलब है कि सभी 12 जिलों में पूर्वी जिले के स्कूलों में अधिक पद खाली हैं। वहीं अतिथि शिक्षकों की प्रक्रिया का मामला अदालत में चला गया है। 16 अगस्त को 21 हजार से अधिक शिक्षकों के पदों के लिए मेरिट जारी होनी थी मगर सूची जारी नहीं की गई

SSC : एसएससी परीक्षा का पैटर्न बदलने की तैयारी


 इलाहाबाद : देश में केंद्रीय विभागों के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवार मुहैया कराने वाला कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव की तैयारी में है। इसके पीछे परीक्षा की शुचिता बनाए रखना कारण है। आयोग अब सिर्फ बहुविकल्पीय या विस्तृत उत्तरीय प्रश्नों पर ही निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहता, बल्कि इन दोनों के बीच का रास्ता तलाश रहा है। इसको लेकर आयोग में मंथन शुरू हो गया है।

दरअसल निरंतर अपडेट होती तकनीक के युग में अभ्यर्थी व्हाट्सएप, ब्ल्यूटूथ जैसे माध्यमों से पलक झपकते प्रश्नपत्र को दूर बैठे साथियों तक पहुंचा देते हैं। एसएससी की कई परीक्षाओं में 'मुन्नाभाइयों' के पकड़े जाने की घटना आम है। आयोग इसपर अंकुश लगाने की सारी कवायद कर चुका है पर असफल रहा है। इससे परीक्षा की शुचिता प्रभावित हुई है। यही नहीं सीजीएल 2013 की परीक्षा होने के बाद यह प्रकरण न्यायालय तक पहुंचा तो कोर्ट ने दोबारा परीक्षा कराने का निर्देश दिया। तब 21 अप्रैल व 20 जुलाई को फिर परीक्षा हुई। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग इस फजीहत से आहत है और विशेषज्ञों ने परीक्षा का पैटर्न बदलने पर तेजी से विचार शुरू कर दिया है। इस संबंध में आयोग के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों आदि से सुझाव मांगे जा रहे हैं। अभ्यर्थियों की मानें तो आयोग के चेयरमैन एन भट्टाचार्य परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव करने को तैयार हैं। केवल उसे विशेषज्ञों की रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है। ज्ञातव्य है कि 2008 तक इस परीक्षा में विस्तृत उत्तरीय व बहुविकल्पीय दोनों प्रकार के सवाल पूछे जाते थे। 2009 से विशेषज्ञों ने इसमें बदलाव किया और चार चरणों में होने वाली इस परीक्षा में पहले एवं दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा पूरी तरह बहुविकल्पीय आधारित कर दी गई। इस प्रणाली में शातिर अभ्यर्थियों ने सुराग खोज लिये।

पैटर्न तय करने में क्या है पेंच

परीक्षा पैटर्न तय करने में परेशानी यह है कि यदि इसे बहुविकल्पीय रखा जाता है तो आधुनिक तकनीक से परीक्षा की शुचिता को चुनौती मिलती है। यदि विस्तृत उत्तरीय आधार बनाया जाता है तो परीक्षा परिणाम जारी करने में विलंब होता है, क्योंकि कापियां चेक करने देर होती है। यह रास्ता अपनाने पर यूपीएससी की तरह लेटलतीफी तय है। ऐसे में बीच का ही रास्ता निकाला जाना तय है। कहा जा रहा है कि इन दोनों में से कोई एक ही आधार नहीं बनाया जाएगा, बल्कि परीक्षा में दोनों तरीकों का समावेश हो सकता है।

35 हजार अभ्यर्थी हुए पास

इलाहाबाद : कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के मध्य क्षेत्र के अधिकारी जय प्रकाश गर्ग ने बताया कि सीजीएल 2013 की परीक्षा के पहले चरण में करीब 35 हजार अभ्यर्थी पास हुए हैं। इसमें लगभग तीन लाख 41 हजार छात्रों ने परीक्षा दी थी। वहीं 2014 की परीक्षा आगामी 19 और 26 अक्टूबर को होगी। इसमें मध्य क्षेत्र के करीब सात लाख छात्र बैठेंगे।
