Minimum education qualification to be hold by the candidates is 10th class pass.These is the basic qualification for lower grade posts.If You want to apply upper grade posts you need to have qualification of degree level standard.

Government of Andhra Pradesh School Education Department invites online applications from candidates who intend to be teachers in primary and upper primary schools in the state.

The AP state government’s School Education Department will be conducting Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility TEST (APTET) 2014-2015 for filling 9,061 posts of teachers in various Districts of the State.
Candidates interesting in taking the APTET 2014-2015 can apply on or before January 14, 2015. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for the test through the official webiste of APTET- http://aptet.cgg.gov.in/.

Eligibility Criteria:
For the APTET & Recruitment, a candidate must possess an Intermediate Certificate by AP Board of Intermediate Education/ Academic Degrees/ Teacher Education Course by NCTE/ Special Education Diploma/ Certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The aspirants must possess Academic degrees from any UGC (University Grants Commission)-recognized institution.
Age Limit:
The applicants should be between 18-40 years of age.

लखनऊ :  राज्य सरकार ने आखिरकार उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ चयन सेवा आयोग के गठन का रास्ता साफ कर दिया। विधान मंडल से आयोग के गठन संबंधी विधेयक पारित न होने के बाद मंगलवार को कैबिनेट ने उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ चयन सेवा आयोग (द्वितीय) अध्यादेश 2014 के प्रारूप को मंजूरी दे दी। आयोग का गठन होने के बाद समूह ग स्तर के पांच लाख पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू हो सकेगी। आयोग में अध्यक्ष के अलावा आठ सदस्य होंगे। इनका कार्यकाल पांच साल या अधिकतम 68 वर्ष की आयु तक होगा।
राज्य सरकार समूह ग स्तर के पदों की भर्तियां अधीनस्थ चयन सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से कराना चाहती है। इसके लिए विधिक संस्था के रूप में उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ चयन सेवा आयोग के गठन का निर्णय पूर्व में कैबिनेट ने किया था। विधायी विभाग ने इसके आधार पर 2 जून 2014 को अध्यादेश जारी कर दिया। इसका विधेयक 19 जून से शुरू हुए विधान मंडल में पारित कराया जाना था, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हो सका। नियमों के मुताबिक यह अध्यादेश विधान मंडल का सत्र शुरू होने के छह सप्ताह यानी 30 जुलाई के बाद निष्प्रभावी हो जाता। इसे देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ चयन सेवा आयोग द्वितीय अध्यादेश 2014 के प्रारूप को कैबिनेट से अनुमोदित करा लिया है। आयोग राजकीय, राज्य सरकार से स्थापित या उसके नियंत्रण में आने वाले बोर्ड, निगम या निकाय के समूह ग स्तर के पदों पर चयन करेगा। राज्य सरकार के पास यह अधिकार होगा कि वह अधिसूचना के माध्यम से किसी भी पद को आयोग के कार्यक्षेत्र से हटा या जोड़ सकेगी।
सरकारी विभागों में 4797 अनुपयोगी पद समाप्त


लखनऊ : प्रदेश कैबिनेट ने दस विभागों में अनुपयोगी 4797 पदों को समाप्त करने की मंजूरी दे दी है। इनमें 1318 रिक्त पद तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त हो गए हैं जबकि बाकी 3479 पदों को समाप्त मानते हुए इन पर कार्यरत कर्मियों को आवश्यकता वाले दूसरे विभागों में समायोजित किया जाएगा।
बताते चलें कि विभिन्न विभागों में अनुपयोगी पदों को समाप्त करने की कार्यवाही काफी समय से लंबित थी। उच्च स्तर पर यह महसूस किया गया कि इससे जहां कर्मचारियों का समुचित उपयोग नहीं हो पा रहा है, वहीं राजस्व का एक बड़ा हिस्सा इनके वेतन आदि मदों पर खर्च हो रहा है। इन अनुपयोगी पदों पर खर्च हो रही रकम के समुचित उपयोग के लिए शासन ने प्रमुख सचिव वित्त की अध्यक्षता में पांच सदस्यीय कमेटी गठित की थी। कमेटी ने दस विभागों में 4797 पदों को अनुपयोगी मानते हुए इन्हें तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त करने की सिफारिश की। मंगलवार को कैबिनेट ने चिह्नित पदों को समाप्त करने की मंजूरी दे दी।
फैसले के अनुसार अनुपयोगी पदों पर कार्यरत कर्मचारियों की सूचना नियोजन विभाग अपनी वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित करेगा। संबंधित प्रशासकीय विभाग अपने यहां रिक्त पदों को भरे जाने के लिए नियोजन विभाग की ओर से तैयार सूची से पात्र व्यक्ति का चयन कर अपने यहां स्थानांतरण/समायोजन के आधार पर तैनाती देंगे। इस फैसले के क्रियान्

वयन के लिए मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति गठित की जाएगी जो पूरी प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करेगी।
