इसी क्रम में चंदौली , रायबरेली आदि के विज्ञापन जल्द ही प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं और अन्य जिलों के विज्ञापन भी जल्द ही जारी हो जायेंगे ।

लखनऊ (ब्यूरो)। नेशनल बैंक फॉर एग्रीकल्चर एंड रूरल डवलपमेंट (नाबार्ड) में 122 ग्रेड ए अधिकारियों की भर्तियां जल्द की जाएंगी। बैंक के मुताबिक इस संबंध में 15 दिन में सूचना जारी कर दी जाएगी। भर्ती होने वाले अधिकारियों में 100 सहायक प्रबंधक सामान्य सेवा, 9 राजभाषा अधिकारी, शिष्टाचार व सुरक्षा सेवा में 10 और विधि सेवा में 3 अधिकारियों की भर्ती होगी।

ये सभी ए ग्रेड अधिकारी होंगे। वहीं बी ग्रेड में 6 सामान्य सेवा प्रबंधकों की भी भर्ती की जाएगी। चयन के लिए तीन चरण में परीक्षा ली जाएगी। पहला चरण ऑनलाइन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का होगा। दूसरा चरण मुख्य परीक्षा का होगा जो विवरणात्मक होगी। अंतिम चरण साक्षात्कार का होगा। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को बैंक के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में तैनाती दी जाएगी। इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी वेबसाइट

ONE MORE BIGGEST RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL START IN BIHAR BEFORE ASSEMBLY ELECTION IN 2015

पटना| बिहार विधानसभा के चुनावी वर्ष 2015 में दो लाख से अधिक प्राथमिक से लेकर उच्च माध्यमिक तक के शिक्षकों के नियोजन को लेकर शिक्षा विभाग ने नौ दिसंबर को बैठक बुलाई है। इसमें जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी शामिल होंगे।
पूर्व में प्रकाशित नियुक्ति विज्ञापन में से प्रारंभिक शिक्षकों के 70 हजार और 40 हजार माध्यमिक और इंटर शिक्षकों के पद खाली हैं। इसके विरुद्ध 16 दिसंबर से आवेदन पत्र लिए जाने हैं। माध्यमिक एवं उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक के नियोजन के लिए एसटीईटी उत्तीर्ण और प्रशिक्षित अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे। प्रारंभिक में टीईटी पास प्रशिक्षित और अप्रशिक्षित योग्य होंगे। उक्त बैठक में पदाधिकारियों को नियोजन के संदर्भ में निर्देश जारी किए जाएंगे। शिक्षा मंत्री वृशिण पटेल ने कई अवसरों पर कहा कि फिलहाल प्रदेश में दो लाख शिक्षकों की जरूरत है

Government of Andhra Pradesh School Education Department invites online applications from candidates who intend to be teachers in primary and upper primary schools in the state.

The AP state government’s School Education Department will be conducting Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility TEST (APTET) 2014-2015 for filling 9,061 posts of teachers in various Districts of the State.
Candidates interesting in taking the APTET 2014-2015 can apply on or before January 14, 2015. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for the test through the official webiste of APTET- http://aptet.cgg.gov.in/.

The aspirants must possess Academic degrees from any UGC (University Grants Commission)-recognized institution.
Age Limit:
The applicants should be between 18-40 years of age.

 इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने उप्र औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में अनुदेशकों के 2498 खाली पदों की भर्ती विज्ञापन एवं नियमावली 2014 के नियम 9 (13), 15 एवं 17 की वैधानिकता के खिलाफ याचिका पर राज्य सरकार से 6 सप्ताह में जवाब मांगा है। कोर्ट ने भर्ती प्रक्रिया को जारी रखने की छूट देते हुए कहा है कि चयन परिणाम याचिका के अंतिम निर्णय की विषयवस्तु होगी। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति भारती सप्रू ने बेरोजगार औद्योगिक कल्याण समिति उप्र इलाहाबाद एवं 39 अन्य की याचिका पर दिया है।
याचिका पर वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता एएन त्रिपाठी व एके मिश्र ने पक्ष रखा। याची का कहना है केंद्र सरकार ने अनुदेशकों की भर्ती के लिए सीटीई योग्यता अनिवार्य किया है। राज्य सरकार ने इस नियमावली में सीटीई को अधिमान्यता दिए जाने का उपबंध का केंद्र सरकार के दिशा निर्देशों का उल्लंघन किया है। याचिका में 7 नवंबर 14 को जारी भर्ती विज्ञापन की वैधता को चुनौती दी गयी है। नये नियम के अनुसार सीटीई डिग्री न रखने वाले डिप्लोमा धारक नियुक्ति के तीन वर्ष में सीटीई पास करेंगे। यदि वे पास नहीं करते तो उन्हें वेतन वृद्धि नहीं दी जायेगा। याची अधिवक्ता का कहना है कि इस नियम से अयोग्य लोगों को अनुदेशक पद पर नियुक्ति पाने का अधिकार दे दिया गया है जो मूल अवधारणा के खिलाफ है। याचिका की सुनवाई 8 सप्ताह बाद होगी।

खत्म होगा बैंक ड्राफ्ट, पोस्टल आर्डर बनवाने का झंझट

नई दिल्ली :  पासपोर्ट और सरकारी नौकरियों के आवेदन से लेकर अन्य सरकारी सेवाओं के भुगतान के लिए अब आपको बैंक ड्राफ्ट या पोस्टल आर्डर बनवाने का झंझट नहीं रहेगा। सरकार ने इस तरह के सभी भुगतानों के लिए एक ई पेमेंट का पोर्टल तैयार किया है। इसके पायलट प्रोजेक्ट की शुरुआत अगले महीने वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली करेंगे।

यह पोर्टल भारत के लेखा महानियंत्रक (सीजीए) कार्यालय ने तैयार किया है। फिलहाल इस पोर्टल का ट्रायल चल रहा है। खुद सीजीए जवाहर ठाकुर का कहना है कि इस व्यवस्था से सुदूर इलाकों में रहने वाले सरकारी नौकरी के इच्छुक युवाओं को मदद मिलेगी। अभी आवेदन के साथ जमा होने वाली फीस के लिए पोस्टल आर्डर जुटाने के लिए उन्हें दर-दर भटकना पड़ता है क्योंकि छोटे शहरों में अधिकांश डाकघरों में जरूरत के मुताबिक पोस्टल आर्डर नहीं मिलते।

दो बड़े, दो छोटे मंत्रालयों के साथ शुरुआत
नए पोर्टल में भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को साझीदार बनाया गया है, लेकिन बाद में इसमें अन्य सरकारी बैंकों को भी जोड़ने की योजना है। तीन माह पायलट प्रोजेक्ट चलाने के बाद सरकार की योजना इस पोर्टल को पूर्ण रूप से पहली अप्रैल 2015 से लांच करने की है। इस पोर्टल के जरिये शुरू में पासपोर्ट फीस जैसी सरकारी सेवाओं के भुगतान के साथ-साथ सरकारी नौकरियों की परीक्षा में आवेदन फीस दी जा सकेगी। ठाकुर के मुताबिक शुरुआत में दो बड़े मंत्रालयों और दो छोटे मंत्रालयों को इस पोर्टल के साथ जोड़ा जा रहा है।

भुगतान के दो विकल्प

पोर्टल में भुगतान के दो विकल्प होंगे। पहला, जिसमें आप किसी भी आवेदन से पूर्व ही भुगतान कर सकेंगे। ऐसे में आपको एक पावती (एकनॉलिजमेंट) संख्या मिलेगी जिसका उल्लेख उक्त आवेदन करने पर किया जा सकेगा। दूसरे विकल्प के तहत जब आप कोई ऑनलाइन आवेदन करेंगे तो भुगतान के लिए वेबसाइट इस पोर्टल पर खुद ब खुद ले जाएगी। अभी अलग-अलग सेवाओं के लिए अलग-अलग पेमेंट पोर्टल हैं। लेकिन नया पोर्टल जब पूरी तरह काम करने लगेगा तो सभी सरकारी सेवाओं के लिए भुगतान इसी के जरिए होंगे।

दोहरा फायदा

इस पोर्टल का एक लाभ तो यह होगा कि सभी सरकारी सेवाओं के भुगतान एक ही स्थान से होगा। दूसरे सरकारी सेवाओं के जरिए आने वाले राजस्व पर भी निगरानी रखना आसान होगा। इस तरह का राजस्व गैर कर राजस्व का हिस्सा होता है। एक अनुमान के मुताबिक इन सेवाओं से करीब चार लाख करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व सरकार को मिलता है।
