sending a request alongwith a self-addressed envelope of the size of 23x11cms affixed with
postage stamps of Rs.10/-. Requests for issue of application forms by post received after
08.06.2009 will not be entertained. Completed applications in all respects, in the prescribed form accompanied by attested copies of certificates, testimonials in support of age, educational
qualifications, experience, etc. mentioned in the application, along with non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/-(US$25 in case candidate applying from abroad) for general and OBC category candidates, by means of DD (issued by State Bank of India only except the candidate applying from abroad) valid for at least 6 months, drawn in favour of the “Director, IIP, Dehradun” payable at State Bank of India, Dehradun, should be sent to the Controller of Administration, Indian Institute of Petroleum, PO- IIP, Mohkampur, Hardwar Road, Dehradun-248 005 (Uttarakhand)so as to reach on or before 15.06.2009
