Essential Qualifications and Experience for the post of A- 3:
For Direct Recruits:
i) Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent with two (2) years post qualification
experience in the field of personnel / administration / finance.
ii) Desirable: Diploma in Personnel / Finance / Marketing / Purchase Management. Working
experience in similar S & T organization.
For Transfer (absorption):
In case of Transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
i) holding analogous post on regular basis;
OR
having Three (3) years regular service in PB-I [Rs. 5200 – 20200] with the Grade Pay of
Rs. 2400/-
ii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruits as above.
Essential Qualifications and Experience for the post of A - 2:
For Direct Recruits:
i) Graduate from a recognized university
ii) Desirable: Working post qualification experience of two (2) years and having working knowledge of computer.
For Transfer (absorption):
In case of Transfer (absorption), officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:
i) holding analogous post on regular basis;
OR
having Five (5) years regular service in PB-I [Rs. 5200 – 20200] with the Grade Pay of
Rs. 1900/-
ii) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruits as above.
