Engineers India Limited (EIL), a premier engineering consultancy organization and contractor, is looking for  young, energetic and ambitious professionals as Management Trainee for Engineering Graduates  :

=> Engineers as Management Trainee : 40 posts in various discipline, Age : 25 years as on 01/07/2011, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) with minimum 65% marks or equivalent,

STIPEND :- DURING TRAINING (ONE YEAR TRAINING PERIOD): Monthly Emoluments: Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) per month
+ Accommodation & Transport from hostel to place of work
Or
Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) per month if accommodation & transport is not provided

ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TRAINING:
The MTs will be considered for absorption as ENGINEER in the regular pay scale of Rs.24900-50500
CTC : (Approx.) Rs. 9.0 LACS per annum

Upper Age Limit (as on 1.7.2011) :- 25 years (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PD candidates and by 3 yrs for OBC(non creamy layer) candidates

Educational Qualifications :
Should have completed full time Engineering Degree course B.E./B.Tech./ B.Sc (Engg) in minimum qualifying
period (passed out in the year 2010 or passing out in mid 2011)
Educational Qualifications from Institutions/Colleges duly recognized by AICTE and degrees from Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by UGC

Disciplines :  1. Mechanical,2. Chemical,3. Civil,4. Electrical,5. Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication,6. Information Technology /Computer Science

Minimum percentage of marks/CGPA/CPI : 65% (OR EQUIVALENT CGPA/CPI, SEE WEBSITE)
