The Company is looking for an experienced, result oriented persons in the following field:
01. General Manager (FINANCE) : 01
Pay-Scale : Rs..43200-66000/- (3% increment rate) with appropriate IDA presentaly @47.2%
Eligibilty :-
Age : Maximum age limit is 50 years as on 01-10-2011
Qualification : Graduate with Associate/Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Works Accountants of India or ACMA / FCMA (London)
Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience as an Officer in Finance and Accounts Division of a reputed Organization preferably in Public Sector of which atleast 3 years in a senior position in the scale of Rs.36600-62000/-. Persons with qualifications of MBA (Finance) and matching experience profile can also apply.
General :Candidates should have familiarity with computerized ERP applications, Finance, Accounts, Fund Management, Taxation and MIS etc.
02. Assistant General Manager (FINANCE) : 01
Pay-Scale : : Rs..36600-62000/- (3% increment rate) with appropriate IDA presentaly @47.2%
Eligibilty :-
Age : Maximum age limit is 45 years as on 01-10-2011
Qualification : Graduate with Associate/Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Works Accountants of India
Experience : with minimum 7 years experience as an Officer in Finance and Accounts Division of a reputed Organization preferably in Public Sector of which atleast 2 years in a senior position in the scale of Rs.32900-58000/-.
General :Persons with qualifications of MBA (Finance) and matching experience profile can also apply.Candidates should have familiarity with computerized ERP applications, Finance, Accounts, Fund Management, Taxation and MIS etc
03. Assistant General Manager (HRD) : 01
Pay-Scale : Rs.36600-62000/- (3% increment rate) with appropriate IDA presentaly @47.2%
Eligibilty :-
Age : Maximum age limit is 40 years as on 01-10-2011
Qualification : Graduate with MBA or PG Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience : Candidate should have minimum 10 years work experience after qualifying post graduate in management in the Human Resource Division of a reputed Industrial Establishment in Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Manpower Training, Establishment Matters and Labour Laws etc.
General :Degree in Law is desirable.
04. GRADUATE ENGINEERS ON CONTRACT BASIS :
Pay-Scale : Selected candidates will be paid an all inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.16,000/- per month
Eligibilty :-
Age : Maximum age limit is 28 years as on 01-10-2011
Qualification : First Class BE/B.Tech. in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science/IT and Ceramics Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
05. DIPLOMA HOLDER ON CONTRACT BASIS :
Pay-Scale : Selected candidates will be paid an all inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.9,000/- per month.
Eligibilty :-
Age : Maximum age limit is 24 years as on 01-10-2011
Qualification : First Class Diploma Holder in the subject field of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute.
