🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📘 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have one of the following:

• B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics / Electronics & Communication

OR

• M.Sc (Computer Science / IT / Electronics)

👉 Relevant experience is required for higher posts.

🎯 Experience Requirement

• Scientist-C: Minimum 4 years experience
• Scientist-D: Minimum 8 years experience

👉 Experience should be in relevant IT / software / systems fields.

🎂 Age Limit (as per notification)

• Scientist-C: Up to 40 years
• Scientist-D: Up to 45 years

👉 Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.

💰 Salary Structure

Post	Pay Level	Salary
Scientist-C	Level 11	₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700
Scientist-D	Level 12	₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200
