UP News: राजस्व विभाग के 11 हजार से ज्यादा पदों पर जल्द होंगी भर्तियां

उत्तर प्रदेश के राजस्व विभाग में 11,000 से अधिक पद जल्द ही भरे जाने वाले हैं। सभी रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए । इन पदों में 7,000 से अधिक लेखपाल, 1,600 कनिष्ठ सहायक, 900 स्टेनो, और 300 नायब तहसीलदार शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा, 1,000 प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के खाली पदों को भी पदोन्नति के माध्यम से भरा जाएगा।

मुख्य बिंदु:

• 11,000+ पदों पर भर्तियां: इनमें 7,000 से अधिक लेखपाल, 1,600 कनिष्ठ सहायक, 900 स्टेनो, और 300 नायब तहसीलदार के पद शामिल।
• पदोन्नति से भरे जाएंगे 1,000 प्रशासनिक अधिकारी: 390 तहसीलदार, 2,000 वरिष्ठ सहायक, 1,000 राजस्व निरीक्षक, और 400 प्रशासनिक अफसरों के पद पदोन्नति से भरे जाएंगे।
• नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू होगी: मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने राजस्व विभाग के सभी रिक्त पदों को जल्द से जल्द भरने का आदेश दिया।

राजस्व विभाग आम जनता से सीधे जुड़ा हुआ है, और आय, जाति, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, पैमाइश, नामांकन, घरौनी, खतौनी, सर्वे, पट्टा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य यहीं से होते हैं। इन कार्यों के समयबद्ध निस्तारण के लिए नई नियुक्तियां जरूरी हैं। साथ ही आवश्यकतानुसार नए पदों का सृजन भी किया जाए।

• वाहन भत्ता और टैबलेट की सुविधा: लेखपाल और राजस्व निरीक्षकों को वाहन भत्ता दिया जाएगा, और उनके लिए GPS से संबंधित कार्यों हेतु टैबलेट उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। नायब तहसीलदारों को उनकी कार्यक्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए चार पहिया वाहन भी प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

• तकनीकी दक्षता: योगी ने कहा कि तहसील, जिला, मंडल, और राजस्व परिषद में आइटी में दक्ष युवाओं की नियुक्ति की जाए, ताकि नवीनतम तकनीक का अधिकतम उपयोग हो सके।

हरदोई में स्थित राजा टोडरमल सर्वेक्षण भूलेख प्रशिक्षण संस्थान की अवस्थापना सुविधाओं को और बेहतर बनाने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं।

The written examination will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks [Duration – 2 Hours], with the following composition:-

बैंकिंग और एयरलाइंस सेक्टर में बंपर भर्तियां शुरू होने वाली है। इसके तहत स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (एसबीआई) और एयरलाइंस कंपनियां जल्द ही अपने यहां हजारों लोगों को नौकरियां देंगी।

भारतीय स्टेट बैंक अपनी कारोबार विस्तार योजना के तहत चालू वित्त वर्ष में 10 हजार अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को नियुक्त करेगा।

स्टेट बैंक इसमें 1,500 प्रोबेशनरी अधिकारी शमिल होंगे। इसके लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया अप्रैल में शुरू हो गई है।

बैंक के अध्यक्ष प्रतीप चौधरी ने बताया कि बैंक ने पिछली तिमाही में अपनी शाखाओं में पर्याप्त कर्मचारियों को तैनात किया है और अपनी विभिन्न शाखाओं में 20 हजार सहायक ग्रेड के कर्मचारियों की भर्ती की है।

बैंक के करीब 7,500 कर्मचारी और अधिकारी चालू वित्त वर्ष में सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं।

एयरलाइंस में 5 हजार भर्तियां

एयरलाइन कंपनियां विस्तार की आक्रामक रणनीति अपनाते हुए आने वाले महीनों के दौरान 5,000 से अधिक कर्मचारियों की भर्तियां करने जा रही हैं।

विमानन उद्योग में यह नियुक्तियां एयरएशिया जैसी नई एयरलाइन कंपनियों के आने और आने वाले दिनों में ज्यादा संख्या में फ्लाइटों का संचालन किए जाने के चलते की जा रही हैं।

एयरएशिया ने अपने ग्राउंड स्टाफ व केबिन क्रू की भर्ती के लिए देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में साक्षात्कार व रोड शो का आयोजन भी शुरू कर दिया है। इसके अलावा जेट एयरवेज, इंडिगो व स्पाइस जेट ने भी भर्तियां शुरू कर दी
