जिले में 25 सितंबर को होने वाली पटवार परीक्षा के प्रवेश पत्र संबंधित परीक्षार्थियों को भिजवाए जा चुके हंै। यदि किसी परीक्षार्थी को नहीं मिल हैं तो इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी जालोर की वेबसाईट से प्राप्त की जा सकेगी।
कलेक्टर केवल कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि राजस्व मंडल अजमेर के निर्देशानुसार पटवार परीक्षा का आयोजन 25 सितंबर को किया जाएगा तथा परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले परीक्षार्थियों के प्रवेश पत्र रजिस्टर्ड डाक से भिजवाए जा
चुके हैं।
परीक्षार्थियों की सुविधा के लिए आवंटित रोल नंबर, परीक्षा केंद्र, खारिज किए आवेदन पत्रों की सूची एवं परीक्षार्थियों के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश जालोर की वेबसाईट 222.द्भड्डद्यशह्म्द्ग.ठ्ठद्बष्.द्बठ्ठ पर ऑन लाइन किए जा चुके हैं।
यदि किसी परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश पत्र प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है तो वे ऑन लाइन से उपरोक्त सूचना ज्ञात कर सकेंगे।

पटवारी सीधी भर्ती प्रतियोगी परीक्षा 2011 इस वर्ष 25 सितंबर को आयोजित की जाएगी। मंडल प्रशासन ने परीक्षा तिथि की सूचना सभी कलेक्टरों को भिजवा दी है। अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के लिहाज से यह राज्य की सबसे बड़ी प्रतियोगी परीक्षा साबित हो सकती है। परीक्षा के लिए जिला स्तर पर 15 जून तक आवेदन लिए गए थे।

मंडल प्रशासन ने जिलावार होने वाली इस परीक्षा के लिए तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देना शुरू कर दिया है। मंडल प्रशासन ने परीक्षा तिथि तय करने से पहले राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा सितंबर में आयोजित प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की जानकारी ली है।

आयोग द्वारा कराए जाने वाली अन्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं व पटवारी परीक्षा की तिथि नहीं टकराए इसका ध्यान रखते हुए 25 सितंबर की तिथि तय की गई है।

गौरतलब है कि राजस्व मंडल द्वारा लंबे अर्से बाद पटवारी भर्ती परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। पटवारी परीक्षा के लिए करीब 9 लाख 25 आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त हुए हैं, जबकि पदों की संख्या 2363 है। इतने अभ्यर्थियों की परीक्षा का आयोजन राजस्व मंडल प्रशासन के लिए बड़ी चुनौती है।

पटवार परीक्षा: ओवरएज अभ्यर्थियों के निरस्त नहीं होंगे आवेदन

जोधपुर। राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने पटवारी भर्ती परीक्षा 2011 में अभ्यर्थियों के परीक्षा आवेदन सिर्फ ओवरएज होने के कारण निरस्त नहीं करने के सरकार को निर्देश दिए हैं।
यह आदेश न्यायाधीश गोपाल कृष्ण व्यास ने प्रार्थी शीश पाल सिंह सहित जोधपुर,पाली, जैसलमेर व नागौर जिले के अभ्यर्थियों की ओर से दायर याचिकाओं की सुनवाई में दिए।
याचिका कर्ताओं के अधिवक्ता तंवरसिंह राठौ़ड ने कहा कि राजस्थान लेंड रेवेन्यू (लैंड रिकॉर्ड) एक्ट 1957 की उप धारा 273 व सब सेक्शन 4 के आधार पर पटवारी भर्ती परीक्षा हर वर्ष आयोजित की जानी चाहिए, जबकि यह परीक्षा वर्ष 2008 के बाद वर्ष 2011 में आयोजित की जा रही है। इस बीच प्रार्थी अभ्यर्थी ओवर एज हो गए हैं, यदि परीक्षा समय पर होती तो ओवरएज नहीं होते। न्यायाधीश ने अधिवक्ता के तर्क से सहमत होते हुए सचिव रेवेन्यू विभाग, सचिव रेवेन्यू बोर्ड अजमेर सहित जोधपुर, पाली, जैसलमेर तथा नागौर के जिला कलेक्टर को नोटिस जारी करते हुए प्रार्थियों के आवेदन निरस्त नहीं करने के निर्देश दिए।

25 सितंबर को होने वाली पटवारी परीक्षा के लिए राजस्व मंडल प्रशासन ने तैयारियां तेज कर दी हैं। गुरुवार को मंडल प्रशासन ने सभी कलेक्टरों को सूचना भेजकर परीक्षा केंद्रों की जानकारी देने के निर्देश दिए हैं। पटवारी के 2363 पद के लिए 9 लाख 25 हजार आवेदन प्राप्त हुए थे। कई जिलों में अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के लिहाज से परीक्षा केंद्र की व्यवस्था करना मुश्किल हो रहा है। 5 और 6 सितंबर को मंडल के वरिष्ठ सदस्य आनंद कुमार व रजिस्ट्रार हेमंत शेष परीक्षा सेंटरों व तैयारियों के सिलसिले में वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग करेंगे।

परीक्षा में पारदर्शिता के मद्देनजर अभ्यर्थियों को रेंडम पद्धति से रोल नंबर आवंटित किए गए जाएंगे। परीक्षा आयोजन के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के अनुरूप तहसील स्तर पर परीक्षा केंद्र बनाए जा सकते हैं। मंडल प्रशासन को परीक्षा आयोजन के लिए राज्य सरकार ने आठ करोड़ का बजट आवंटित किया है।

अजमेर
25 सितंबर को होने वाली पटवारी परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए राज्य भर में करीब 9,02,044 अभ्यर्थियों को प्रवेश पत्र भेजने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। परीक्षा के लिए 33 जिलों में 2921 परीक्षा केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। राज्य में परीक्षार्थियों की संख्या के लिहाज से अब तक की ये सबसे बड़ी प्रतियोगी परीक्षा होगी।  राजस्व मंडल सूत्रों के अनुसार सभी जिलों से परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या व परीक्षा के लिए बनाए गए केंद्रों का ब्यौरा प्राप्त हो गया है। अभ्यर्थियों को रोल नंबर अलॉट कर दिए गए हैं। सभी जिलों में कोड के साथ रोल नंबर होंगे। अभ्यर्थियों को रजिस्टर्ड डाक से प्रवेश पत्र भेजे जा रहे हैं। परीक्षा तिथि से पहले अगर प्रवेश पत्र प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो संबंधित अभ्यर्थी संबंधित जिले में जहां उसने आवेदन किया है, एक वचन पत्र पेश कर निशुल्क डुप्लीकेट प्रवेश पत्र प्राप्त कर सकता है।
प्रवेश पत्र भेजने में दिक्कत
 डाक विभाग ने इतनी बड़ी संख्या में रजिस्टर्ड डाक से प्रवेश पत्र भिजवाने पर तकनीकी आपत्ति करते हुए सभी अभ्यर्थियों के नाम, पिता का नाम व पते की पूरी सूचना अलग से भी उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की थी। लेकिन यह संभव नहीं हो सका क्योंकि जिला स्तर पर अभ्यर्थी का नाम व पिता के नाम के साथ रोल नंबर ही उपलब्ध कराए जा सकते थे। अजमेर व पाली में इस तरह की समस्या सामने आई।
मंडल ने बताई समस्या
मंडल प्रशासन ने डाक विभाग के आला अधिकारियों से संपर्क कर प्रवेश पत्रों को भेजने में हो रही समस्या का निदान करने की मांग की। मंडल प्रशासन की ओर से बताया गया कि रजिस्टर्ड डाक के लिए निर्धारित 10 ग्राम तक 22 रुपए शुल्क होता है लेकिन बिजनेस पोस्ट सेंटर (बीपीसी) के तहत अतिरिक्त शुल्क के रूप में हरेक प्रवेश पत्र के लिफाफे पर तीन रुपये अतिरिक्त शुल्क दिया गया है। इस तरह मंडल प्रशासन ने हरेक प्रवेश पत्र पर 25 रुपए के डाक टिकट लगाए हैं। इतनी संख्या में परीक्षार्थियों की लिफाफे में नाम व पते के अलावा अलग से जानकारी देना संभव नहीं है।
आब्जर्वर व कार्डिनेटर नियुक्त:  इसके साथ ही इन जिलों में फ्लाइंग स्ॉड, आब्जर्वर और डिप्टी कार्डिनेटर की नियुक्तियां भी की जा रही है। मंडल प्रशासन भी जल्द ही परीक्षा की तैयारियों व निरीक्षण के लिए टीम तैयार करेगा। मंडल प्रशासन द्वारा प्रश्न पत्र सेट करने की कार्रवाई भी की जा रही है। परीक्षा की विश्वसनीयता को बरकरार रखने के लिए यह कार्रवाई पूरी गोपनीयता से अंजाम दी जा रही है।
अजमेर में 46067 अभ्यर्थी :  अजमेर में 25 सितंबर को होने वाली परीक्षा के लिए 46067 अभ्यर्थियों को प्रवेश पत्र भेजे जा रहे हैं। यहां परीक्षा के लिए 146 परीक्षा केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।
डाक विभाग करेगा सहयोग :  मंडल प्रशासन ने इस संबंध में डाक महकमे के जयपुर स्थित सहायक निदेशक (मेल) यशपाल सिंह को पत्र भिजवाया था। सिंह ने मंडल प्रशासन को जवाब भेजकर बताया कि सभी जिलों में पटवारी परीक्षा के प्रवेश पत्रों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उसी दिन पोस्ट करने के निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं। सिंह ने बताया गुरुवार को भास्कर से बातचीत में बताया कि डाक विभाग परीक्षा प्रवेश पत्रों के वितरण में पूरा सहयोग करेगा व प्रवेश पत्रों के वितरण में किसी तरह की अड़चन नहीं आने दी
