Qualifications: Graduate with Associate Member of Chartered Accountants of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and will be taken as Management Trainee for one year.
During the Training period, stay at Hostel is Compulsory. The accommodation is bachelor status. After completion of satisfactory training period of one year, the incumbent will be appointed in regular post in Grade-II i.e., Asst. Manager (Finance) with pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500. The Trainee is entitled to contributory P.F., Medical benefits for self in addition to total emoluments during the training period. After absorption into Grade-II post he/she will be entitled to get other benefits, which are enumerated, in the annexure in addition to Basic Pay, D.A. & HRA and the CTC will be Rs. 5 lakhs approx. p.a.
