Candidate can self attest its document / xerox copy of mark sheet.

रांची। नौकरी का आवेदन देने या प्रतियोगी परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के लिए सर्टिफिकेट की फोटोकॉपी अटेस्टेड कराने को लेकर अब युवकों को अफसरों के दफ्तर के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। वे खुद सर्टिफिकेट की फोटोकॉपी को अटेस्ट कर सकते हैं।

केंद्र सरकार ने इस संबंध में अधिसूचना जारी कर राज्य सरकारों को इस नियम को लागू करने का आदेश दिया है। इससे पहले चाहे कॉलेज में नामांकन हो, नई वैकेंसी के लिए आवेदन भरना हो या फिर नौकरी मिलने के बाद प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच करानी हो,तो गजटेड अधिकारियों से अटेस्टेड कराना पड़ता था। केंद्र सरकार ने दिया निर्देश, कई बार समाहरणालय में हो चुका है हंगामा

समय बचेगा,परेशानी भी नहीं होगी

अटेस्टेड कराने के लिए स्टूडेंट्स को कई दिनों तक समाहरणालय के कार्यालयों का चक्कर लगाना पड़ता था। उनका काफी समय इसी में निकल जाता था। इस कारण उन्हें प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए कम समय मिलता था। केंद्र सरकार के इस फैसले से अब उन्हें राहत मिलेगी। परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए उन्हें अधिक समय मिलेगा और परेशानी भी नहीं होगी।

फर्जीवाड़े से डरते थे अफसर 

फर्जीवाड़े से बचने के लिए अफसर सर्टिफिकेट की फोटोकॉपी को अटेस्टेड नहीं करते थे। उन्हें प्रमाणपत्र की मूल कॉपी पर भी संदेह होता था। उपायुक्त विनय कुमार चौबे ने भी इस बात को स्वीकार किया था कि बिना वेरीफिकेशन के अटेस्टेड करने में मुश्किल होती है।

जहां जरूरी, वहां मूल प्रमाण दिखाना होगा

मुख्य सचिव ने इस संबंध में सभी विभागों को पत्र भेजा है। अब छात्र या आवेदक अपने शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्रों को स्वयं अटेस्टेड कर सकते हैं। जहां जरूरत है, वहां उन्हें अपना मूल प्रमाण पत्र दिखाना होगा। अटेस्टेड के लिए अधिकारियों के पीछे दौडऩे की जरूरत नहीं रह गई है।'

The Union Public Service commission will hold the Indian Economic Service (IES)/ Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination commencing from 09th November 2013 for recruitment to Grade IV of the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS). Conditions of Eligibility :  66 posts (Indian Economic Service - 30, Indian Statistical Service - 36)

(A) Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:

• Age Limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, 2013. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. of India rules.
•  Educational Qualifications: A candidate for the Indian Economic Service (IES) must have obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Economics/ Applied Economis/ Business Economics/ Econometrics and candidate for the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) must have obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics / Applied Statistics from a recognised University.

(C) Physical Standards: candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for Indian Economic Service / Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2013 as prescribed in the detailed advertisement.

Fee : Rs. 200/- either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. SC/ ST/ PH/ Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Applications are invited in the areas of Business Law, Communication, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Operations Management, Quantitative Methods and Strategy.

Minimum Qualification (for all faculty positions): Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate branch with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.), at the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout.

In addition, for:

Professor: Minimum 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution/institutions of comparable standards.

Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

Assistant Professor: Minimum three years of teaching/research/industrial experience (excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D). However, for candidates who have obtained their Ph.D. from premier institutes (list attached), the work experience of three years can be waived on a case to case basis based on their academic credentials.
