केंद्रीय कार्यालयों में चौदह प्रकार के पदों पर चयन के लिए होने वाली कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) की संयुक्त स्नातक स्तरीय भर्ती (सीजीएल) परीक्षा का सत्र अनियमित हो गया है। इस कारण दो वर्ष की भर्तियों में लगभग बीस हजार पदों पर नियुक्ति फंसी हुई है। इसमें से एक भर्ती का मामला कोर्ट में चला गया है, जबकि दूसरी की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का परिणाम ही अभी तक घोषित नहीं हो सका है।सीजीएल-2013 की मुख्य परीक्षा का परिणाम एक नवंबर -2014 को घोषित किया गया था। परिणाम में गड़बड़ी को लेकर देशभर में हुए विरोध के कारण इंटरव्यू को स्थगित करना पड़ा। जनवरी में इंटरव्यू हो चुके हैं। सफल परीक्षार्थी अंतिम परिणाम का इंतजार कर रहे थे, लेकिन रिजल्ट से असंतुष्ट परीक्षार्थियों की अपील पर अब केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक न्यायधिकरण (कैट) की इलाहाबाद बेंच ने परिणाम घोषित करने पर रोक लगा दी है। लिहाजा, कुछ कहा नहीं जा सकता है कि इसका परिणाम कब तक घोषित होगा।सीजीएल-2014 की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 19 और 26 अक्तूबर 2014 को दो-दो पालियों में हुई थी। आयोग ने इसकी मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए 24 एवं 25 जनवरी 2015 की तिथि तय की थी, लेकिन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का रिजल्ट घोषित न होने के कारण आयोग को पीछे हटना पड़ा। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का रिजल्ट अब तक घोषित नहीं हो सका है। आयोग के सूत्रों का कहना है कि कुछ राज्यों में पुनर्परीक्षा होनी है, इस कारण रिजल्ट आने में देरी हो रही है। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का परिणाम आने के बाद मुख्य परीक्षा होगी। मुख्य परीक्षा का रिजल्ट आने के बाद इंटरव्यू होगा और तब जाकर अंतिम परिणाम घोषित किया जा सकेगा। स्पष्ट है कि इस प्रक्रिया में यह पूरा साल गुजर जाएगा।

The Union Public Service commission will hold the Indian Economic Service (IES)/ Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination commencing from 23rd May 2015 for recruitment to Grade IV of the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS). The examination will be held at various centers across the country.

Conditions of Eligibility :  61 posts (Indian Economic Service - 06, Indian Statistical Service - 55)

(A) Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:
  • Age Limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, 2015. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. of India rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Indian Economic Service -> Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
Indian Statistical Service -> Bachelor's Degree with Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subject or a Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central government from time to time.
(C) Physical Standards: candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for Indian Economic Service / Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2015 as prescribed in the detailed advertisement.
Fee : Rs. 200/- either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. SC/ ST/ PH/ Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

UP NRHM Recruitment 2015 - Educational Qualification:

(1) Block Community Process Managers (BCPM):
(a) Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or any of the Social Sciences, or Bachelors in Rural Development/ Business Administration/ Business Management, with two years’ experience in community work/ health projects;
(b) Familiarity with or experience of having worked in community health programmes, or in empowerment of health volunteers, or NGO health projects, or in involvement of PRIs in health projects;
(c)Sensitivity to and knowledge and experience of working on issues relating to the monitoring of health projects, as well as coordination and cooperation between Govt. and NGOs in health programmes, at the grass-roots level

Skills and Attitude:
(1) Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral;
(2) Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them;
(3) Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

Applicants should preferably belong to the same district from which choice of clusters are given.

(2) Rogi Sahayata Kendra Manager (RSKM): 
Applicants should have post graduate qualification in Social Science from a reputed Institution/ University.
Experience: Applicants must have at least three years of experience in the development sector, preferably with exposure to public health and/or public health projects.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral;
(2) Computer Proficiency both in English and Hindi is a must;
(3) Adequate communication skills.

Applicants should preferably belong to the same district in which the hospital is located.

3. Rogi Sahayata Kendra Operator (RSKO):
Applicants should have graduate degree in Social Science from a reputed Institution/ University.
Experience: Applicant must have at least one year of experience in the development sector, preferably with exposure to public health and/or public health projects.

Skills and Competencies:
(1) Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral;
(2) Adequate communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
