PDIL requires Management Trainees
Educational Qualification : Having Engineering Degree in Civil / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation from recogised University / Institute.
Minimum Qualification marks in respective Degrees shall be 60% and ( 55 % for SC/ST).
Candidates appearing for final examination can also apply.
Maximum Age : 25 Years for Graduates and 27 Years for Post Graduates as on 31.05.2009
Selection Procedure : Written Test & subsequent interview of short listed candidates
Training Period : The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. On successful completion of training candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 16400- 40500/- . Total monthly emoluments on the basic pay of Rs. 16400/- will be approx Rs. 33500/-
Stipend : Rs. 15000/- PM (likely) to be revised during the training period.
