1. Sr. Civil Engineer Gr.C : Pay Scale : Rs.13750-18700

i) Should have executed major road and bridge projects/work ormust have executed major building and other infrastructurerelated projects.ii) Working experience in GPS and Total station, CAD and STADPROwill get preference.EXPERIENCE AS ON 01/04/2009The minimum post qualification relevant experience is 5 years.

2. Sr. Drilling Engineer Gr.C : Pay Scale : Rs.13750-18700

Should be able to operate AC/SCR, diesel Mechanical drilling rigs andwork over rigs. Shrould have knowledge on operation of the rigs anddown hole complicacies. Should be able to take decisions relating todown hole and surface problems in drilling/workover wells, operatingdraw works and handling of brake. Should have knowledge to identifyand do the necessary trouble shooting of the rig equipment and tools.Should have knowledge of SHE and statutory rules & regulation asper Mines Act. OISD rules etc. Should be capable of identifying wellcontrol situation and should be able to control the same. Shouldhave good man management skills for overall management of the wellsite crew. Should also have good inter disciplinary skills. Should beconversant about mud chemicals & maintenance of mud property.Candidates should indicate if they possess well control certificate(IWCF)/well cap certificate.

(POST CODE :PERS-09/03)i) Should have working experience in operation/maintenance ofsurface & sub-surface electronic instruments/ sondes & systemsused in wireline logging for exploration & production ofhydrocarbon.ORii) Maintenance of electronic equipment with state of art digitalcircuitry and data communication system and Maintenance ofelectronic and electrical test equipment and Fault diagnosis,predictive maintenance of electronic based equipment and Goodworking experience in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel,Power Point etc.

GRADE ‘C’ (POSTCODE :PERS-09/04)i) Should have sound knowledge in core materials/contractfunction and have good understanding of MaterialsManagement/Contracts Management and legal issues related tomaterials procurement/ Contractual matters.ii) Should have sound commercial sense with negotiation skills andknowledge of Govt. policies related to purchase.iii) Should have sound knowledge in core materials/ contractfunctions, custom formalities. Working knowledge in Hindi isalso essential.EXPERIENCE AS ON 01/04/2009Should be a Commissioned Officer not below the rank of Captain inthe Army or equivalent in Navy/Air Force, Asst. Commandant orequivalent in Central Paramilitary forces, Deputy Superintendent inState Police, having served for minimum 05 years in CommissionedRank. However, other things being equal candidates having moreexperience will have edge over others.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in theprescribed qualification which however is relaxable for SC/STcandidates having 50% marks. 7. Senior Geologist Gr. C : Pay Scale : Rs.13750-18700
(POST CODE :PERS-09/07)i) To make preliminary technical review of various offer/proposalsreceived from time to time. Incumbent should have adequateexposure of working in various sedimentary basis across theworld especially Africa, CIS countries, Latin America and SouthEast Asia. Domain/Basis experts will be an added qualification.

ii) Should be conversant/have working experience in variousinterpretations softwares prevalent in upstream industry aslandmark-Geo quest, Kingdom etc. Incumbent is expected tocarry out independent prospect evaluation of offers as and whenrequired within limited time frame.iii) Should be conversant/have working experience in the variouspetroleum exploration and development techniques deployed inthe upstream part of Oil and Gas industry. He/She is expected totake independent decisions regarding the gas-technical prospectsof the opportunities.iv) Should be conversant with the PSC terms and conditions ofvarious countries and should be familiar with bid terms andconditions. 8. Senior Reservoir Engineer Gr.C : Pay Scale : Rs.13750-18700
(POST CODE:PERS-09/08)i) To be associated with evaluation of developed/discovered/matured assets for study of reservoir engineering aspects.ii) Should be conversant / have work experience in variousPetroleum Engineering techniques as well as utilization ofvarious economic software’s as Questor, Asset, REPS, etc orequivalent software’s used for economic evaluation (includingutilization of excel worksheets) in the oil industry.

iii) Should be associated with the techno-economic evaluation ofvarious E & P opportunities as member of multi-disciplinaryteam. (POSTCODE :PERS-09/09)i) Should have knowledge about disciplinary proceedings, labourlaws, PSU/Govt. service rules etc.ii) Should have working knowledge in dealing with contractualworkers and wage administration.iii) Should have knowledge about KPI based PMS system, manpowerplanning, competency mapping etc.EXPERIENCE AS ON 01/04/2009The minimum post qualification relevant experience is 5 years.However, other things being equal candidates having more experiencewill have edge over others.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION :MBA in Human Resource Management/Master degree in Social Welfareor Labour Welfare or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in theprescribed qualification which however is relaxable for SC/STcandidates having 50% marks. 10. Asst. Land Officer Gr.A : Pay Scale : Rs.10750-16750
(POST CODE :PERS-09/10)i) The candidates should possess thorough knowledge of landacquisition laws and rules such as Land Acquisition Act, 1894,Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, Public Premises (Eviction ofUnauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971, Assam Land and RevenueRegulations 1886. Registration Act 1908, Transfer of PropertyAct, 1982 etc.ii) Should be familiar with the various procedures for mutation ofland records and able to carryout/co-ordinate the activitiesthereof.
