Qualification : ESSENTIAL
A: Degree of a recognised university
B:Experience : About 5 years experience in a Government or Quasi Government Organisation/ Corporation/ Government Undertaking, Local Body or in a Scheduled Bank
DESIRABLE:
1. Knowledge of Social Insurance or Labour Problems
2. Working knowledge of one or more Indian languages especially Hindi3. Experience of setting up and controlling of a number of smaller offices.

SELECTION PROCEDURE : Written Objective Type Test followed by Interview
