A walk in Interview will be held at ESIC Hospital, Parippally on 28/07/2011, at 2.00 PM for the

appointment of Senior Residents for this Hospital.

Format of application:

Enclose the attested photocopies of all testimonials, two recent passport size photographs(one affixed on the application).

Application format should contain complete Bio-Data viz. name in Block letter, Father’s/Husband’s name, Date of Birth, , Telephone/Mob No., Postal / Permanent Address, whether SC/ST/OBC, Educational qualifications, Experience (if any), Registration Certificate details.

Candidates with incomplete Applications or without prescribed fee/ relevant documents will not be allowed for interview. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
