1. Section  Officer (Personnel/ Administration) : 03 posts in the pay scale : PB-3 Rs.15600 – 39100
   Grade Pay : Rs.6600/-
2. Officer (Personnel/ Administration) : 07 posts  in  Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600 - 39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
3. Librarian Gr. II : 08 posts in Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade pay-Rs.2400

Essential Qualification:
Degree with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree in MBA (HR) from a recognized institute and having 5 years relevant post qualification experience. Candidates should have acquired first class in both U.G & P.G levels.
Experience / Skill sets:
Man power planning Recruitment Wage and Salary Administration / Pay Fixation Maintenance of Service Records Loans and Advances Management of Contract Labour Handling of Legal cases, Vigilance & RTI matters Management of Trade Union Leave Records Performance appraisals Grievance Handling General Administration Employee Welfare
2. Post: Officer (Personnel / Admn.)Essential Qualification:

Essential Qualification:
Full time first class Graduate in Library Science with Typing / PC operations with minimum 04 years experience in the relevant field.
Experience / Skill sets:
Zeal to work in an Automated Library Environment Knowledge of UDC is desirable Knowledge of library software like Koha, New Gen Lib., etc., is desirable Knowledge of Digital Library Software like Greenstone, D space, etc., is preferred.
