- Junior Telecom. Officers (JTOs) : 31 posts (Telecom-29, Civil-2), Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA Pattern), Age : 30 years. Relaxation For PWD candidates upto 10 years for OC candidate; 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC, Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college / university: Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Radio/ Computer/ Electrical./ IT (Information Technolog)/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Electrical
