Bharat Electronics Ltd., a Navratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company requires for retired Naval officers (who have retired in the preceding two years from date of advertisement) its Naval Systems / Bangalore Unit, Ghaziabad Unit & Hyderabad Unit of the Indian Navy.

BANGALORE UNIT
Dy. Gen. Manager (E-VI grade) : 4 posts
Manager (E-V grade) : 7 posts

GHAZIABAD UNIT
Manager (E-V grade): 2 posts
HYDERABAD UNIT
Dy. Gen. Manager (D&E-Naval EW) : 1 post(E-VI grade)
Dy. Gen. Manager (Naval EW Projects) : 1 post(E-VI grade)
Manager (Naval EW Projects) : 1 post(E-V grade)
ELIGIBILITY

Dy. Gen. Manager : Captain or Commander with 4 years of completed service in the rank of Commander.

Manager : Commanders or Lt. Commanders with 4 years completed service in the rank of Commander .
QUALIFICATION
BANGALORE UNIT
BE (Electronics / Telecommunications) with specialisation in Radars, Sonars, Fire control systems, Communication / Computers. M.Tech in any of the disciplines will be an added advantage.
GHAZIABAD UNIT
BE (Electronics or equivalent)
HYDERABAD UNIT BE (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Technology) or equivalent

PPER AGE LIMIT:
Upper age limit is 40 years for Manager and 45 years for DGM (relaxable in case of deserving candidates) as on 01.09.2007.
PAY SCALE:
Manager
E-V grade Rs. 14500-350-18700/-
Dy. Gen. Mgr
E-VI grade Rs. 16000-400-20800/-(Basic pay will be fixed at Rs. 16250/- (with 5 additional increments) for Managers and at Rs. 17600/- (with 4 additional increments) for DGMs. Payscales are due for revision w.e.f 01.01.
